Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders received on the same working day wherever possible.
Next working day delivery is FREE on all orders over £50.00 (inc VAT). Orders under £50.00 are charged £2.90 for Royal Mail second class delivery or £3.50 for Royal Mail first class delivery.
If you need your items more urgently, courier delivery is available from £5.50 the next working day (£12 for Saturday delivery).
If your order is small and lightweight, it will usually be sent via Royal Mail. Larger, heavier or higher value orders may be dispatched via next day courier.
If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the matter quickly and efficiently.
Please note: Delivery charges for the Channel Islands, Ireland and international destinations differ from standard UK mainland rates. Please see the tables below for full details.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Unwanted items or items ordered in error
Please contact us by email (info@ukdrills.com) within 14 days of receipt, before returning any goods so we can authorise the return process. Include your order number, the item being returned and the reason for return.
For unwanted items or items ordered in error, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Returned goods must be unused, complete, in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Once received and inspected, we will process any refund due. We may reduce or refuse a refund if goods are used, damaged, incomplete, missing packaging or not in resaleable condition. Where a customer has selected an upgraded or premium delivery service, only the standard delivery element will be refunded as required by law.
Returns sent without prior email authorisation may not be able to be processed. If we receive goods without prior email authorisation, we will hold them for 30 days. If no contact is made within that period, we may be unable to issue a refund.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items
If goods are faulty, damaged, or we have supplied the wrong item, please contact us by email (info@ukdrills.com) within 14 days of receipt, before returning them. Include your order number along with information about the faulty or damaged item.
Where the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund.
For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, UK Drills will cover reasonable return postage costs or provide return instructions.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
